The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after booking. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policies
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Full payment must be made upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
The hotel accepts debit and credit cards as well as cash payments.
4. Non-Smoking policy
All rooms and common areas of the hotel are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of [...] will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
5. Pet policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel, except for guide dogs or service animals.
Any damage caused by pets will be responsibility of the guest.

The hotel is not responsible for cancellations or modifications caused beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, etc.
10. Modifications of the terms
The hotel reserves the right of modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once published on our website.
11. Parking.
The hotel is not responsible for the damage or theft that take place in the parking.
Parking is subject to availability due to the limited number of spaces.
